How
You Can Help
Your support is desperately needed to continue and
expand our efforts. Whether you are a new resident
or have lived in Madison County all your life, every one
of us should feel a personal responsibility in making this
a better place to live.
We greatly need your financial
support to continue our current programs.
Funding would also enable our volunteers to provide needed
rescue, medical assistance, disaster and other humanitarian efforts on behalf
of our animal friends. Every penny is appreciated
and no donation is ever too small. Use this link to Make
a Simple Tax Deductible Donation.
We also are in constant
need of donated items to help the animals in our No-Kill
Foster Care Program and also to operate our Adoption
Center. Be sure to view our Wish
List of items in need. Before you throw away
that used item, see if we can use it and recycle it!
In addition to financial
assistance, we also need hard working, concerned people
who are interested in serving as foster parents for
homeless animals and volunteers at our
fund-raising and other events.
If you are
interested in becoming a foster parent or a volunteer,
please contact
us and let us know your interest. Please include
your phone number. We will contact you with details
to help you get started. You Can Make a
Difference
If you are unable to donate, foster or volunteer, you can
still play a vital role in helping the animals and
your community at the same time.
- Have your pet spayed
or neutered so it can't add more unwanted dogs and
cats to the pet overpopulation crisis.
- Encourage those that are
interested in getting a new pet, to adopt an
already homeless animal from a shelter. You will
be saving that animal's life.
- Educate yourself
about the pet overpopulation and the benefits of
spaying and neutering as well as the importance of
providing appropriate lifetime care and commitments to
pets.
- Educate others.
